ARC is assembling a Foundation Team of 60 high-calibre specialists across 12 complementary areas of health and wellbeing expertise — working together through one structured, facilitated and AI-driven system. The Health Arena is designed to connect individuals, families, workplaces, businesses and communities with complementary expertise around prevention, health, wellbeing, recovery and ongoing support.
The project
We are recruiting the team that helps build the Health Arena.
The value isn't having sixty names. It's having the right sixty people across complementary health and wellbeing disciplines, working as one coordinated capability network, with ARC facilitating and driving what happens next.
Rather than building another directory of practitioners, ARC is assembling complementary capability across primary and preventive health, mental wellbeing, allied health, rehabilitation, nutrition, movement, workplace health, disability support, healthy ageing, family health, health technology and community programs. The goal is coordinated capability around the person, family, workplace or community — not isolated services.

The Health Arena is designed to connect prevention, wellbeing, treatment support, recovery and ongoing capability while clinical decisions remain with appropriately qualified health professionals.

The structured system
ARC doesn’t just make an introduction. The Health Arena is designed to facilitate and drive the process forward.
The model combines an AI Assistant, Health Project Manager, Health Development Programs and the Foundation Specialist Team. The AI helps organise context and identify possible needs; project management helps structure non-clinical actions and coordination; programs create guided pathways; and the right qualified specialists can be brought together around the requirement. Diagnosis, treatment and other clinical decisions remain with appropriately qualified health professionals.

ARC is being designed to move beyond the traditional model where health and wellbeing capability sits in separate silos and people are left to connect the pieces themselves.
As ARC develops, contribution and collaboration can create pathways to deeper participation in projects, programs, specialist Hubs and parts of the ecosystem people help build.
